as was the Elderberry wine.
As a visitor to the centre of alternative technology
I learnt all about plant and roof garden biology.
A great place to spend some time.
An earlier visit to Roger’s field produces a large cumbersome marrow,
and courgettes, orange and yellow.
Natures true legacy unveiled
as oddly shaped veg are revealed.
An education and revelation that
some supermarket buyer choices can keep our expectation narrow.
