Guest post: The Sun

In Nigeria the weather is really hot even in the rainy season which is when we went, well it was humid. When the drivers were driving us about it was so hot my arms kept getting stuck to the door.

Not moved yet...

At my great grandmother’s funeral at the last party it was raining but it was not like the normal rain you get in London. It was raining ice round blocks of it which was a bit strange to my family because we only see water in London so we took shelter from them so they did not hit us which would have hurt.

Guest post: Family

When we arrived in Nigeria my granddad who I had never seen before came to meet us at the airport. He was my dad’s dad he came with my aunt who I had seen before. That wasn’t the only family I met I saw my dad’s mum. As well as them there was my four cousins’ in Nigeria, Demilola, Mayowa, Corrodey and Ayo. I didn’t see my great grandmother because we came for her funeral so I never got to ever see her apart from when she was in the coffin. Altogether I saw a lot of family that I haven’t seen before.
